氯吡格雷（Clopidogrel，商品名为波立维(中国大陆)、保栓通(**)（Plavix），分子式：C₁₆H₁₆ClNO₂S，莫耳质量：321.82g/mol），是抑制血小板聚集的药物。

不良反应可有皮疹、腹泻、腹痛、消化不良、颅内出血、消化道出血，严重粒细胞减少。怀孕期间不建议服用此药。

Clopidogrel (INN) is an oral, thienopyridine-class antiplatelet agent used to inhibit blood clots in coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, and to prevent myocardial infarction (heart attack) and stroke. It is marketed by Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sanofi under the trade name Plavix. The drug works by irreversibly inhibiting a receptor called P2Y₁₂, an adenosine diphosphate (ADP) chemoreceptor on platelet cell membranes. Adverse effects include bleeding and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.
