阿月浑子（学名：Pistacia vera，英语：Pistachios），最早的商品名是开口笑，形容其硬壳裂开如笑容之状，但迅速被更口语化的开心果取代，是一种常见干果，是漆树科黄连木属的植物。开心果营养丰富，味道可口，是很受欢迎的坚果类零食。富含维生素A、维生素E，能提高免疫力、增强体质。

The pistachio (/pɪˈstɑːʃiˌoʊ, -ˈstæ-/, Persian:پسته; Pistacia vera), a member of the cashew family, is a small tree originating from Central Asia and the Middle East. The tree produces seeds that are widely consumed as food.
Pistacia vera often is confused with other species in the genus Pistacia that are also known as pistachio. These other species can be distinguished by their geographic distributions (in the wild) and their seeds which are much smaller and have a soft shell.
