勾小指（英语：pinky swear／pinky promise），俗称打勾勾，是一种常见的手指姿势，含义为“约定、诺言”。

传统上，勾小指发誓被认为具有约束力，等同于协议握手。勾小指原本指打破承诺的人必须切断小指。近代以来，勾小指是约定承诺更加非正式的方式。最常见于学龄儿童和亲密朋友之间。勾小指意味着承诺一定必须遵守，不可违背或抵消。

在日本，勾小指（日语：指切／ゆびきり）通常会同时吟唱一段誓词「指切拳万、嘘ついたら针千本呑ます」，形式上表示（说谎）不遵守约定的人要接受惩罚。「拳万」意为握拳殴打一万次，「针千本呑ます」意思是吞下1000根针。
