躲避球，又称为斗球，是一种由两队参与的球类运动。场地分成内外场，内场为20公尺长，10公尺宽之长方形，两长边中点画一条为中线，用以区隔两队球员。每队外场位于对方内场后半段外围宽度3公尺之「凹」形区域内，内场有一面，外场有三面，可自由分配在外场各面的人数。比赛时每队出场12名队员，分居于内、外场，其中外场人数至少一人以上。

比赛的目的是掷球攻击对方内场球员，若击中身体而未被该名球员或其内场队友用手接住，该名球员即告出局而需移至外场。若该次出局系由攻方外场球员掷球达成，则该名外场球员可选择是否进入内场。每局比赛时间结束时，以内场人数多者为胜，外场人员攻击得分后，也可以回到内场中。若比赛时间尚未结束，而其中一方内场球员已经全部出局，则该局判对方胜。最终获得较多胜局者，赢得该场比赛，通常采三战两胜制或五战三胜制。
