糖枫（学名：Acer saccharum Marshall）是一种北美洲硬木森林原产的树种，自加拿大新斯科舍省，向西分布至安大略省，并向南至美国格鲁吉亚州及德州。

在美洲又别称为硬枫（hard maple）、石枫（stone maple）、东部糖枫（eastern sugar maple）等英文俗名；法语（加拿大）俗名作"érable à sucre"。

在分类学上，被归于无患子科，枫亚科（Hippocastanoideae），枫属（Acer），属下分类群为枫组（section: Acer），枫系（series: Saccharodendron）。学名由Humphry Marshall（1722年– 1801年）于1785年发表。学名中种小名saccharum的希腊文为σακχαρον（saccharon），意指“由竹子萃取出的糖汁”。

Acer saccharum Marsh. (sugar maple or rock maple) is a species of maple native to the hardwood forests of eastern Canada, from Nova Scotia west through Quebec and southern Ontario to southeastern Manitoba around Lake of the Woods, and the northern parts of the Central and eastern United States, from Minnesota eastward to the highlands of the eastern states. Sugar maple is best known for its bright fall foliage and for being the primary source of maple syrup.
