植酸 Phytic acid

植酸（英语：Phytic acid，又称为肌醇六磷酸）在多种植物组织（特别是米糠与种子）中作为磷的主要储存形式，其结构是肌醇的6个羟基均被磷酸酯化生成的肌醇衍生物。然而人与非反刍动物是不能消化植酸的，因此它对于膳食来说既不是肌醇的来源也不是磷酸的来源。
