磷脂丝胺酸（英语：Phosphatidylserine，缩写为“PS”或“PtdSer”），一般多称为“脑磷脂”，是一种磷脂。这种脂质存在于鱼、绿色蔬菜、黄豆及大米中。它也是神经细胞细胞膜组成成分，可活化蛋白激酶C（protein kinase C，PKC），而蛋白激酶C与记忆有关。磷脂丝胺酸在转位酶的帮助下，可移动并定位于细胞膜的内侧。
