超感官知觉（英语：extrasensory perception、ESP、sixth sense），俗称第六感，是一种某些人认为存在的能力。此能力能透过正常感官之外的管道接收消息，能预知将要发生的事情，与当事人之前的经验累积所得的推断无关。普通人的感官（五感）包括眼（视觉）、耳（听觉）、鼻（嗅觉）、舌（味觉）、肌肤（触觉）或是其他现今科学熟悉的感官。

由于感官的定义很模糊，所以「超感官」的定义也很模糊。但通常认为「超感官」是指现今科学还不熟悉的消息。这些能力与现代研究的神通有相应之处。

Extrasensory pe****tion or ESP, also called sixth sense, includes reception of information not gained through the recognized physical senses but sensed with the mind. The term was adopted by Duke University psychologist J. B. Rhine to denote psychic abilities such as telepathy, clairaudience, and clairvoyance, and their trans-temporal operation as precognition or retrocognition.
