法莫替丁（英语：Famotidine），是一种组胺H2-受体拮抗剂，可以抑制胃酸的分泌。法莫替丁常用来治疗消化性溃疡和胃食管反流病。不同于第一种H2受体拮抗剂西咪替丁，法莫替丁对细胞色素P450酶系统无影响，所以不会与其他药物发生相互作用。

Famotidine, sold under the trade name Pepcid among others is a histamine H2 receptor antagonist that inhibits stomach acid production. It is commonly used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Unlike cimetidine, the first H2 antagonist, famotidine has no effect on the cytochrome P450 enzyme system, and does not appear to interact with other drugs. |
