PC卡（旧称PCMCIA）是可插入笔记本电脑，提供额外功能的电子产品。

最初是由「个人电脑储存卡国际联盟」（Personal Computer Memory Card International Association）设定了这种卡的标准，故命名为「PCMCIA」卡，根据它的首字母缩略，又被谐称为「人们记不住计算机产业缩略词」（People Can't Memorize Computer Industry Acronyms）或「个人电脑制造商不能创造出个新的缩略词」（Personal Computer Manufacturers Can't Invent Acronyms）。之后，此种界面卡的新版本称为「CardBus」。PCMCIA可也发展成为一种笔记本电脑的外设类别，成为「新卡」或「快速卡」。

In computing, PC Card is a configuration for computer parallel communication peripheral interface, designed for laptop computers. Originally introduced as PCMCIA Card, the PC Card standard as well as its successors like CardBus were defined and developed by the Personal Computer Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA).
