专利合作条约
专利合作条约（Patent Cooperation Treaty, PCT）是于1970年达成的关于专利申请的国际合作的条约，于1978年生效。该条约提供了关于在缔约国申请专利的统一进程。依照专利合作条约提出的专利申请被称为国际申请或PCT申请。

The Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) is an international patent law treaty, concluded in 1970. It provides a unified procedure for filing patent applications to protect inventions in each of its contracting states. A patent application filed under the PCT is called an international application, or PCT application.
