美国空军空降搜救组（英语：United States Air Force Pararescue，或称Pararescuemen、PJ），是隶属于美国空军特种作战司令部及美国空军空战司令部的特种部队。专职于人道救援及战场医疗的单位，其队员简称作空降搜救组员（Pararescuemen，或Pararescue Jumpers，缩写为 PJ）。空降搜救组同时也负责支持航空暨太空总署任务及回收水上降落后的太空人，主要是与其他特种部队协同进行任务。特色为枣红色的贝雷帽，象征着该部队的专业、前人的牺牲、以及愿意舍己救人的精神（That others may live）。在21世纪前期，他们已成为负责战地搜索与救援任务的人员。

Pararescuemen (also known as PJs) are United States Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Combat Command (ACC) operators tasked with recovery and medical treatment of personnel in humanitarian and combat environments. These special operations units are also used to support NASA missions and have been used to recover astronauts after water landings. They are attached to other SOF teams from all branches to conduct other operations as appropriate. Of the 24 enlisted Air Force Cross recipients, 12 are Pararescuemen. Part of the little-known Air Force Special Operations community and long an enlisted preserve, the Pararescue service began commissioning Combat Rescue Officers early in the 21st century.
