Panobinostat (LBH-589, trade name Farydak FAYR-ah-dak) is a drug developed by Novartis for the treatment of various cancers. It is a hydroxamic acid and acts as a non-selective histone deacetylase inhibitor (pan-HDAC inhibitor).
