心房利钠肽（英语：atrial natriuretic peptide），又称心钠素、利钠素、利尿素、血管舒张素、心房排钠肽。属于利钠肽（Natriuretic peptides）家族之一员，其另包含脑利钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide）和C型利尿钠肽。心房利钠肽是一种肽荷尔蒙，主要由心房的心肌细胞生产、保存和分泌，含有28个胺基酸，在第7和第23胺基酸位置由两个半胱胺酸残基以双硫键键结形成一环状结构。

Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), atrial natriuretic factor (ANF), atrial natriuretic hormone (ANH), Cardionatrine, Cardiodilatine (CDD) or atriopeptin, is a powerful vasodilator, and a protein (polypeptide) hormone secreted by heart muscle cells. It is involved in the homeostatic control of body water, sodium, potassium and fat (adipose tissue). It is released by muscle cells in the upper chambers (atria) of the heart (atrial myocytes) in response to high blood volume. ANP acts to reduce the water, sodium and adipose loads on the circulatory system, thereby reducing blood pressure. ANP has exactly the opposite function of the aldosterone secreted by the zona glomerulosa in regard to its effect on sodium in the kidney – that is, aldosterone stimulates sodium retention and ANP generates sodium loss.
