文化霸权（意大利语：Egemonia culturale，英语：Cultural hegemony）也称为文化领导权、领导权，是意大利政治学、新马克思主义学者安东尼奥·葛兰西所提出的哲学和社会学理论。它指的是：一个社会阶层可以通过操纵社会文化（信仰、解释、认知、价值观等），支配或统治整个多元文化社会；统治阶级的世界观会被强制作为唯一的社会规范，并被认为是有利于全社会的普遍有效的思想，但实际上只有统治阶级受益。

In Marxist philosophy, the term cultural hegemony describes the domination of a culturally diverse society by the ruling class, who manipulate the culture of that society — the beliefs, explanations, ****, values, and mores — so that their ruling-class worldview becomes the worldview that is imposed and accepted as the cultural norm; as the universally valid dominant ideology that justifies the social, political, and economic status quo as natural, inevitable, perpetual and beneficial for everyone, rather than as artificial social constructs that benefit only the ruling class.
