大吻沙蛇鳗，为辐鳍鱼纲鳗鲡目糯鳗亚目蛇鳗科的其中一种，分布于西太平洋区的日本、中国、韩国等海域，体长可达140公分，栖息在底层水域，属肉食性，可做为食用鱼。

Ophisurus macrorhynchos is an eel in the family Ophichthidae (worm/snake eels). It was described by Pieter Bleeker in 1853. It is a marine, temperate water-dwelling eel which is known from the Indo-Western Pacific and Atlantic Ocean. Males can reach a maximum total length of 140 centimetres (55 in), but more commonly reach a TL of 60 centimetres (24 in).
