Ataxia telangiectasia

Ataxia telangiectasia (A-T) (also referred to as Louis–Bar syndrome ) is a rare, neurodegenerative, autosomal recessive disease causing severe disability. Ataxia refers to poor coordination and telangiectasia to small dilated blood vessels, both of which are hallmarks of the disease.
