Œ, œ（Oethel，发音为 [eðəl]）是中世纪拉丁语所用字母，用来代表 [oe̯] 音。现在法语也有使用这个连字，而此字母也有在音标中使用。

在英语，œ 多用在一些从拉丁语中借来的外来词，但现在多数人都不再使用，如 fœderal（现在写成 federal）, fœtus（英国英语： foetus；美国英语：fetus）, œsophagus（现在写成 oesophagus）。

在法语，使用 œ 字母的有 cœur（心）, sœur（姊、妹）和 œil（眼）等。

在德语，œ字已被Ö字取代。

在国际音标中，[œ]音表示半开前圆唇元音。

Œ (minuscule: œ) is a Latin alphabet grapheme, a ligature of o and e. In medieval and early modern Latin, it was used to represent the Greek diphthong οι, a usage which continues in English and French. In French, it is also used in some non-Latin words.
