纽约市警察局（亦被称为纽约警察局；英文：New York City Police Department，缩写：NYPD）成立于1845年，是目前美国最大的警察局，负责纽约市5个区的警力部署及案件调查。它也是美国历史最悠久的警察局。纽约警局的格言是“至死忠诚”（拉丁文原文：Fidelis ad Mortem；英文：Faithful till Death）。现任局长为雷蒙德·W·凯利（Raymond W. Kelly），警长为约瑟夫·埃斯波西托（Joseph Esposito）。

总部位于警察局广场（One Police Plaza）的纽约市警察局现有正式警官36,227人（2009年） ，协警人员4,500人（2008年），学校保安人员5,000人（2008年），另有警察车辆8,839辆，警察船只11艘，警用直升机8架，警马120匹。
