亲核取代反应


亲核取代反应,或称亲核性取代反应,通常发生在带有正电或部份正电荷的碳上,碳原子与带有负电或部份负电的亲核试剂(Nu:)产生反应而被取代。常分为两种反应机构:
- 单分子亲核取代反应(SN1)
- 双分子亲核取代反应(SN2)
