巴西东北部（葡萄牙语：Região Nordeste do Brasil），是巴西的5个地理分区之一，包含马拉尼昂州、皮奥伊州、塞阿腊州、北大河州、帕拉伊巴州、阿拉戈斯州、伯南布哥州、塞尔希培州、巴伊亚州。
总面积1,558,196平方公里，占全国领土面积的18.26%。该地区总人口5360万（2009年）。
当地受巴西寒流影响，气候干旱。虽然是巴西开发最早的地区，但仍然处于贫瘠状态。

The Northeast Region of Brazil (Portuguese:Região Nordeste do Brasil) is one of the five official and political regions of the country according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics. For the socio-geographic area see Nordeste (socio-geographic division). Of Brazil's twenty-six states, it comprises nine: Maranhão, Piauí, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Sergipe and Bahia, along with the Fernando de Noronha archipelago (formerly a separated territory, now part of Pernambuco).
