Nonaromaticity

In organic chemistry, the term nonaromaticity is used to describe a cyclic, conjugated molecule that does not exhibit aromaticity or antiaromaticity.

That is - Cyclic compounds that satisfy all conditions for aromaticity but are not planar (this means they must have 4n+2 pie electrons)
