 阿尔弗雷德·伯恩哈德·诺贝尔（瑞典语：Alfred Bernhard Nobel，1833年10月21日－1896年12月10日）是瑞典化学家、工程师、发明家、军工装备制造商和硅藻土炸药的发明者。他曾拥有Bofors军工厂，主要生产军火；还曾拥有一座钢铁厂。在他的遗嘱中，他利用他的巨大财富创立了诺贝尔奖，各种诺贝尔奖项均以他的名字命名。人造元素锘（Nobelium）就是以诺贝尔命名的。

   Alfred Bernhard Nobel (/noʊˈbɛl/; Swedish: [ˈalfrɛd nʊˈbɛl] listen ; 21 October 1833 – 10 December 1896) was a Swedish chemist, engineer, innovator, and armaments manufacturer. Known for inventing dynamite, Nobel also owned Bofors, which he had redirected from its previous role as primarily an iron and steel producer to a major manufacturer of cannon and other armaments. Nobel held 355 different patents, dynamite being the most famous. After reading a premature obituary which condemned him for profiting from the sales of arms, he bequeathed his fortune to institute the Nobel Prizes. The synthetic element nobelium was named after him. His name also survives in modern-day companies such as Dynamit Nobel and AkzoNobel, which are descendants of mergers with companies Nobel himself established. |
