新士瓦本（德语：Neuschwabenland）是一块位于南极洲毛德皇后地之内20°E和10°W之间的土地。此地在挪威对毛德皇后地领土要求因南极条约体系而冻结后，便成为没有政府统治的地区。

德国于1939年发现新士瓦本，并以发现此地的探索船士瓦本号（MS Schwabenland）命名之。而该船又命名自德国的士瓦本。德国随后对东经20度至西经10度的南极大陆提出领土要求，并入侵挪威于1938年占领的毛德皇后地，扣留了挪威在当地的研究人员。但实际上德国并无对新士瓦本正式提出领土要求。德国对新士瓦本的领土要求因于第二次世界大战战败而被强制取消，其领土拥有权自动送回挪威手中。直至1961年，南极条约体系生效，挪威才失去对新士瓦本的管辖权。

New Swabia (Norwegian and German:Neuschwabenland) is a cartographic name sometimes given to an area of Antarctica between 20°E and 10°W in Queen Maud Land, which is administered as a Norwegian dependent territory under the Antarctic Treaty System. New Swabia was explored by Germany in early 1939 and named after that expedition's ship, the Schwabenland, itself named after the German region of Swabia.
