网络电脑参考轮廓原文为英文：Network Computer Reference Profile，简称：NC reference profile或NCRP，是针对网络电脑所制订的一项规范，由甲骨文公司所推动，并获得升阳电脑、IBM、苹果电脑、网景通信公司等业者的认同，此制订于1996年完成。NCRP的首版规格也有NC1 Reference Profile的称呼。

NCRP定义了一部网络电脑至少应具备的软硬件功能与规格，其中软件方面必须要能支持以IP为基础的通信协定（如TCP/IP、FTP等）、WWW标准（HTTP、HTML、Java应用程序环境）、电子邮件的通信协定、多媒体文件格式、安全标准。
