涅涅茨自治区（俄语：Нене́цкий автоно́мный о́круг，涅涅茨语：Ненёцие автономной ӈокрук），是俄罗斯联邦主体之一，属阿尔汉格尔斯克州。面积176,700平方公里，人口 42,090(2010年)。首府纳里扬马尔。
俄语与涅涅茨语在当地同样具法律地位。

Nenets Autonomous Okrug (Russian:Не́нецкий автоно́мный о́круг; Nenets: Ненёцие автономной ӈокрук, Nenyotse avtonomnoy ŋokruk) is a federal subject of Russia (an autonomous okrug of Arkhangelsk Oblast). Its administrative center is the town of Naryan-Mar. It has an area of 176,700 square kilometers (68,200 sq mi) and a population of 42,090 as of the 2010 Census (the smallest of all federal subjects by population).
