针黹即针织工艺，俗称针线活，由于传统上多由女性从事，故又称女红，是各种针线工作的统称，从纺织、编织、缝纫、刺绣、拼布、贴布绣等等，是世界各地皆可见的民间手工艺。除实用价值外还有装饰作用。
