Aspergillus candidus 亮白曲霉Aspergillus candidus is a fungus which is a common contaminant of grain dust and which causes respiratory disease in humans. The species is widely distributed in nature and develops upon vegetation in the later stages of decay. İt has been reported from grain, flour, hay, compost and a fur processing facility. Growth of A. candidus on barley grain occurs at the substrate water content of 20-25% and maximal temperature 30-40 °C. |
