Ashotsk (Armenian:Աշոցք, also Romanized as Ashoc’k’ and Ashotsq; formerly, Kzyl-Koch, Kyzyl”-koch”, Kyzylkach, Verin-Gukasyan, Kizilkoch, Gukasyan, Ghukasyan) is a village and rural community (municipality) in the Shirak Province of Armenia. The National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia (ARMSTAT) reported its population was 2,482 in 2010, up from 2,378 at the 2001 census.
