米卢斯（法语：Mulhouse，德语：Mülhausen）位于法国东部，是上莱茵省最大的城市，也是阿尔萨斯大区仅次于斯特拉斯堡的第二大城市。按照城市人口在法国排第二十五位，这是一个国际化城市，有136个国家的人在此工作、生活。米卢斯临近德国和瑞士，跟这两个国家保持着密切的往来。

根据传说，米卢斯兴建于一座水磨周围，很长时间以“城市国家”地位存在，于1347年成为米卢斯共和国（Stadtrepublik Mülhausen），借助于联姻，它直到十五世纪末，一直独立于神圣罗马帝国之外。1746年开始发展工业，1798年“合并”到法国，米卢斯成为欧洲工业重镇，被称为“法国的曼彻斯特”。1904年北部郊区进行矿业开发。它的工业史熔铸了该市的特色，也使得米卢斯大学具有著名的科学实验室，该大学还是法国第一个创建徒工培训中心的大学。

Mulhouse (pronounced: [myluz]; Alsatian: Milhüsa or Milhüse, [mɪlˈyːzə]; German:Mülhausen; i.e. mill house) is a city and commune in eastern France, close to the Swiss and German borders.

With a population of 110,514 and 278,206 inhabitants in the metropolitan area in 2006, it is the largest city in the Haut-Rhin département, and the second largest in the Alsace region after Strasbourg. Mulhouse is the principal commune of the 32 making up the communauté d'agglomération Mulhouse Alsace Agglomération (M2A, population 252,000).
