十一胡子月（英语：Movember），是一个每年11月举行的全球性慈善活动，志在呼吁社会各界关注男士健康，尤其前列腺癌、睾丸癌和忧郁症等健康问题。

Movember是一个合并字，源自胡须（Moustache）和11月（November）两个英文本。活动最初于2004年在澳洲墨尔本由一个为数30人的组织发起，他们于11月的30日内不剃胡子，借以提升社会对睾丸癌和忧郁症的关注。

Movember (a portmanteau of the Australian-English diminutive word for moustache, "mo", and "November"; also known as No-Shave November) is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of various cancers, such as prostate cancer. The Movember Foundation runs the Movember charity event, housed at Movember.com. The goal of Movember is to "change the face of men's health."
