Motiva Enterprises, LLC, is a 50–50 joint venture between Shell Oil Company (the wholly owned American subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell) and Saudi Refining (controlled by Saudi Aramco). The company is currently headquartered in Houston, Texas, United States.
