摩西·达扬（希伯来语：משה דיין‎，1915年5月20日－1981年10月16日），以色列政治家和军事家。出生于巴勒斯坦达加尼亚的基布兹，早年就读于希伯来大学和坎伯利参谋学院学习军事。死于心脏病。

1967年到1974年间，任职以色列国防部长；1977年至1979年任外交部长，参加了大卫营协议。在二战中，因伤导致左眼失明，人称「独眼将军」。第二次中东战争期间，他提出了后来被证明是极其出色的达扬计划。第三次和第四次中东战争期间，他都是以色列军队总指挥。自着有《西奈战役日记》和自传、回忆录等。

Moshe Dayan (Hebrew:משה דיין‎; 20 May 1915 – 16 October 1981) was an Israeli military leader and politician. He was the second child born on the first kibbutz, but he moved with his family in 1921, and he grew up on a moshav. As commander of the Jerusalem front in the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces (1953–58) during the 1956 Suez Crisis, but mainly as Defense Minister during the Six-Day War in 1967, he became to the world a fighting symbol of the new state of Israel. After being blamed for the army's lack of preparation before the outbreak of the 1973 Yom Kippur War, and for his failure of nerve during the war, he left the military and joined politics. As Foreign Minister Dayan played an important part in negotiating the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel.
