马恩岛（英语：Isle of Man，马恩岛语：Ellan Vannin，简称「Mann」）位于英格兰与爱尔兰间的海上岛屿，而从更精确的地理角度来看，曼岛正地处于英格兰、苏格兰、威尔士、北爱尔兰和爱尔兰共和国的中心点。马恩岛是英国的皇家属地。该岛的自治政府历史悠久，早在10世纪就已经有自己的国会，首府为道格拉斯（Douglas）。在部分场合，曼岛与不列颠岛、爱尔兰岛合称为英伦三岛。

对于国际场合来说，该岛最著名的活动是毎年都会在这里举办的曼岛国际旅行者大赛(曼岛TT)（Isle of Man TT），是一种属于世界超级机车锦标赛（World Superbike Championship，SBK）等级的公路机车赛。除此之外，无尾的曼岛猫（Manx）也是另一种源于该岛的知名生物，在原本应该长尾处只有一个凹痕。曼岛猫的脊椎较短，是曼岛特有的猫种，也引进到全球不同地区成为宠物猫。

The Isle of Man (/ˈmæn/; Manx:Ellan Vannin [ˈɛlʲən ˈvanɪn]), also known simply as Mann, is a self-governing Crown dependency in the Irish Sea between Great Britain and Ireland. The head of state is Queen Elizabeth II, who holds the title of Lord of Mann. The Lord of Mann is represented by a Lieutenant Governor. Foreign relations and defence are the responsibility of the British Government.
