国土交通省（日语：国土交通省／こくどこうつうしょう；简称国交省，英文缩写：MLIT）是日本的中央省厅之一，职责相当于各国的交通部与建设部。其掌管的事务相当广泛，包括国土规划与开发、基础设施建设、交通运输、气象、海事安全、观光推广等，在各中央省厅的员额规模中排名第二，仅次于防卫省。

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism(国土交通省Kokudo-kōtsū-shō), abbreviated MLIT, is a ministry of the Japanese government. It is responsible for one-third of all the laws and orders in Japan and the largest Japanese ministry in terms of employees, as well as the second-largest executive agency of the Japanese government after the Ministry of Defense. The ministry oversees four external agencies including the Japan Coast Guard and the Japan Tourism Agency.
