神达电脑股份有限公司为台湾联华神通集团（MiTAC Synnex Group）旗下公司之一，并与神通电脑及神通信息技术共同使用「MiTAC」商标。神达电脑为全球信息及通信技术（ICT）产业领导厂商之一，于1982年在台湾新竹科学园区成立，在1992年于台湾证券交易所公开上市，股票代号为2315。

神达电脑旗下品牌有自创宇达电通、并购入的泰安电脑、Magellan Navigation与Navman。 因应后PC时代及云端产业发展，集团转型策略，神达将以换股方式于2013年9月12日成立神达投控；同时间神达投控在台湾证券交易所公开上市，股票代号为3706，简称维持「神达」。神达电脑总经理何继武受媒体访问表示，2010年神达决定淡出PC市场时，PC创造的营业额非常大，要放弃这块收入、重新投入新的领域需要很大的决心，但公司决策的核心逻辑就是「不抓浮木产业」，因此才有后来的转换成投控等组织重整动作。
