密西西比公司（法语：Compagnie du Mississippi）是一间18世纪时的法国公司，当时他主要的目的是要在当时隶属于法国的北美地区密西西比河的流域，从事贸易和开发等等的商业活动，该公司的经营状况极差但是股价却暴涨到发行价格的40倍以上，是近代三大泡沫经济事件之一。

1717年八月，由一名叫做约翰·罗（John Law）的商人所买下，当时法国政府承诺给他25年的垄断经营权。密西西比公司先后以其雄厚的财力，发展出了法兰西东印度公司和法兰西银行。在这段时间之内，该公司的股票由500里弗尔涨到15000里弗尔。但是在1720年夏天时，投资人对这间公司的信心大减，结果一年之内股票价格跌回500里弗尔。

The Mississippi Company of 1684 became the Company of the West in 1717, and expanded as the Company of the Indies from 1719. This corporation, which held a business monopoly in French colonies in North America and the West Indies, became one of the earliest examples of an economic bubble.
