米其林指南

《米芝莲餐厅》（Le Guide Michelin）是法国知名轮胎制造商米芝莲公司所出版的美食及旅游指南书籍的总称，其中以评鉴餐厅及旅馆，书皮为红色的「红色指南」（法语：Le Guide Rouge）最具代表性，所以有时《米芝莲指南》一词特指「红色指南」。除了红皮的食宿指南之外，还有绿色书皮的「绿色指南」（Le Guide Vert），内容为旅游的行程规划、景点推荐、道路导引等等。

近年《米芝莲指南》在欧洲的影响力有下降的趋势，因此开始开拓海外新市场，例如美国与日本。2007年3月14日，米其林在东京宣布将于同年11月推出日文与英文版的《米芝莲指南－东京篇》，日本成为世界第22个、亚洲第一个纳入《米芝莲指南》评选的国家。2008年底《米芝莲指南－香港、澳门篇》推出，为继东京之后纳入评选的亚洲城市，并为《米芝莲指南》前进中国大陆市场的敲门砖。
