迈克尔·弗朗西斯·摩尔（英语：Michael Francis Moore，1954年4月23日－），美国著名纪录片导演、作家及左派时事评论员，以制作讽刺时事的纪录片闻名，他所执导的华氏9·11不但获得坎城金棕梠奖，亦是影史上投资报酬率最高的记录片，不但如此，史上最卖座的九部纪实电影中就有四部出于摩尔之手。2008年9月，他在网络上发布他的个人第一部免费纪录片，一部关于他如何鼓动美国人参与投票的影片《懒虫起义》。他同时也制作并参与演出电视节目，包括《电视之国》与《真相追击》。他的制片公司取名为“狗咬狗制片”（Dog Eat Dog Films）。

Michael Francis Moore (born April 23, 1954) is an American documentary filmmaker and author. He is the director and producer of Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004), a critical look at the presidency of George W. Bush and the War on Terror, which is the highest-grossing documentary at the American boxoffice of all time and winner of the Palme d'Or. His film Bowling for Columbine (2002), which examines the causes of the Columbine High School massacre, won the Academy Award for Documentary Feature. Both Fahrenheit 9/11 and Sicko (2007), which examines health care in the United States, are among the top ten highest-grossing documentaries. In September 2008, he released his first free movie on the Internet, Slacker Uprising, which documented his personal quest to encourage more Americans to vote in presidential elections. He has also written and starred in the TV shows TV Nation, a satirical newsmagazine television series, and The Awful Truth, a satirical show.
