会展（Meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions，简称 MICE），就是含括会议（Meetings and Conferencing）、奖励旅游（Incentives）、展览（Exhibitions）与活动（Events）的产业。会展策划涉及不同范畴，从最初的主题构思、行销企划、协力厂商接洽、视觉计划与场地及室内设计工程、乃至于招商及推广，实为企划、设计与行销管理之结合。

会展旅游（MICE Tourism）包括周详及特定目标的行程。例如专业团体到特定国家或地区参加会议展览，并在工余时间到区内观光及消费。

Meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions, or Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) is a type of tourism in which large groups, usually planned well in advance, are brought together for a particular purpose. Recently, there has been an industry trend towards using the term 'meetings industry' to avoid confusion from the acronym. Other industry educators are recommending the use of "events industry" to be an umbrella term for the vast scope of the meeting and events profession.
