爵士（Sir）是英国荣誉制度中，对「骑士」和「从男爵」的一种敬称。

在英国，「爵士」是对骑士的正确称呼，地位在贵族之下，爵位非世袭。一般而言，要取得「爵士」头衔，必须为英国公民，而且要获授一项爵级骑士勋章（例如胡应湘爵士，KCMG）；下级勋位爵士（Knight Bachelor）也可使用「爵士」头衔，但它并非骑士勋章的一种。

在英文文法，「Sir」须列在受勋人士姓名之前（如：Sir Run Run Shaw和Sir Isaac Newton），或名之前（Sir Run Run和Sir Isaac），但却绝不可列于姓氏之前（即Sir Shaw和Sir Newton）。可是在中文文法上，情况则恰恰相反，一如「李先生」或「李大文先生」般的称谓，「爵士」头衔亦须列在受勋人士姓名以后（如：邵逸夫爵士和艾萨克·牛顿爵士），姓氏以后（邵爵士和牛顿爵士），但偶尔也可以列于名以后（即逸夫爵士和艾萨克爵士）。

Sir is an honorific address used in a number of situations in many anglophone cultures. The term can be used as a formal prefix, especially in the Commonwealth, for males who have been given certain honors or titles (such as knights and baronets), where usage is strictly governed by law and custom.
