Mercaptobenzothiazole
2-Mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) is an organosulfur compound with the formula C6H4NSCSH. The molecule consists of a benzene ring fused to a 2-mercaptothiazole ring. It is used in the vulcanization of rubber.
