半数致死量（英语：Median Lethal Dose），简称LD50（即Lethal Dose, 50%），在毒理学中是描述有毒物质或辐射的毒性的常用指标。按照医学主题词表（MeSH）的定义，LD50是指“能杀死一半试验总体之有害物质、有毒物质或游离辐射的剂量”。这测试最先由J.W. Trevan于1927年发明。

Median lethal dose 半数致死量In toxicology, the median lethal dose, LD50 (abbreviation for "lethal dose, 50%"), LC50 (lethal concentration, 50%) or LCt50 is a measure of the lethal dose of a toxin, radiation, or pathogen. The value of LD50 for a substance is the dose required to kill half the members of a tested population after a specified test duration. LD50 figures are frequently used as a general indicator of a substance's acute toxicity. A lower LD50 is indicative of increased toxicity. |
