MediaFLO是美国高通公司对于移动电话、个人数字助理等可携式装备的广播数据发送技术。广播数据报含多样性的即时影音串流、独立或是非即时的影音「短片」，如 股市的走势、体育赛事的分数，以及气象报导等IP数据广播应用服务。

FLO在MediaFLO中是指「前向链路」（Forward Link Only），意思是从基地台到载具的数据使用单一路径发送。MediaFLO系统是从现有的移动网络的频谱使用中所分割的一块传递数据，例如美国使用的MediaFLO的频谱是以前用于极高频55电视频道（UHF TV Channel 55）的716-722MHz。。

MediaFLO was a technology developed by Qualcomm for transmitting audio, video and data to portable devices such as mobile phones and personal televisions, used for mobile television. In the United States, the service powered by this technology was branded as FLO TV.
