  麦弗逊支柱式悬吊（MacPherson strut），又称麦花臣支柱式悬吊系统，麦弗逊悬架，是以设计者福特汽车公司工程副总裁厄尔·斯蒂尔·麦弗逊（Earle S. MacPherson）的名字命名，广泛应用于现代交通工具汽车的悬吊系统。 结构是以简单的机械构件组合而成，采用圈状弹簧与减震筒结合的一体的设计，并使避震器成为转向与结构支臂的一部分。作动支臂只有一个L型结构杆在避震器下方与之组合，具有有极佳的抗翻滚性与极小的机械空间，是现今汽车最普遍使用的悬吊系统之一。
