波士顿通勤铁路（英语：MBTA Commuter Rail）属于马萨诸塞湾交通局，位于美国的大波士顿地区。经签约交由威立雅运输、庞巴迪运输、欧特内特顾问公司（Alternate Concepts, Inc.）合组的波士顿通勤铁路公司（Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company，MBCR）营运。

波士顿通勤铁路是美国通勤铁路中第六繁忙的。列车涂装以紫色为主，营运范围南至罗德岛州的北京斯敦（North Kingstown），北至 麻萨诸塞州的纽伯里波特，西达伍斯特。列车由波士顿的两个端点站－北站与南站－－发车，并提供旅客转车至美铁、公车与地铁。2013年第一季中，平常日每日乘坐人数为127,500人。

The MBTA Commuter Rail system serves as the commuter rail arm of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's transportation coverage of Greater Boston in the United States. It is operated under contract by Keolis, which took over operations on July 1, 2014 from the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company (MBCR).
