儒勒·埃米尔·弗雷德里克·马斯内（法语：Jules Émile Frédéric Massenet，1842年5月12日－1912年8月13日），法国作曲家，音乐教育家。
马斯内生于卢瓦尔省附近的小城镇，父亲是高级工程师。他从小显露出在音乐上的天赋，11岁时进入巴黎音乐学院，毕业时获得罗马大奖，赴罗马进修歌剧创作，三年后回到巴黎。1878年开始在巴黎音乐学院教授作曲，同年被选为法兰西学院院士，1899年荣获二级勋位。

The two most frequently staged are Manon (1884) and Werther (1892). He also composed oratorios, ballets, orchestral works, incidental music, piano pieces, songs and other music.
