玛丽·德·美第奇（意大利语：Maria de' Medici，法语：Marie de Médicis，1575年4月26日－1642年7月3日），意大利豪门美第奇家族的重要成员，法国国王亨利四世的王后，路易十三的母亲。

玛丽·德·美第奇为托斯卡纳大公弗朗切斯科·德·美第奇之女，1600年嫁给亨利四世，成为其第二任妻子。1601年，她生下了路易十三。

Marie de' Medici (French:Marie de Médicis, Italian:Maria de' Medici; 26 April 1575 – 3 July 1642) was Queen of France as the second wife of King Henry IV of France, of the House of Bourbon. She herself was a member of the wealthy and powerful House of Medici. Following the assassination of her husband in 1610, which occurred the day after her coronation, she acted as regent for her son, King Louis XIII of France, until he came of age. She was noted for her ceaseless political intrigues at the French court and extensive artistic patronage.
