阿里斯塔格拉斯（英语：Aristagoras），（？－前497年），当其岳父希斯提亚埃乌斯（米利都僭主）远在大流士一世波斯宫廷时，由他掌握米利都。公元前499年，他煽动反抗波斯伊奥尼亚起义。败于波斯人后，他前往色雷斯的穆尔基努斯（Myrcinus），在一场与色雷斯人的战争中被杀。
