13 A fugitive came and brought the news to Abram the Hebrew, who was camping at the terebinth of Mamre the Amorite, a kinsman of Eshcol and Aner; these were in league with Abram.

13 有个逃出的人跑来，将这事告诉了希伯来人亚巴郎，他那时住在阿摩黎人玛默勒的橡树区；这阿摩黎人原是亚巴郎的盟友厄市苛耳和阿乃尔的兄弟。

His sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah near Mamre, in the field of Ephron son of Zohar the Hittite, the field Abraham had bought from the Hittites.
